Mux Streaming Policy

We are pricing streaming to avoid subsidising Mux costs out of the core Agentbot plans. Live minutes, replay storage, and alerts should be explicit so the service can grow without silently losing money.

Policy

Streaming minutes should be metered per account or DJ wallet.
Audio + static image is the default tier. Full video streaming is a paid upgrade.
Video streaming should be priced about 10x higher than the audio-first default.
Soft-limit alerts should fire at 80% of included minutes.
Replay retention should never be free by default.
Saved replays and live minutes should appear in the dashboard before billing surprises happen.

What is the difference between Agentbot and OpenClaw?

Agentbot = Creative Crew (fan engagement, promo, music). OpenClaw = Business Operations (email, contracts, invoicing). Solo tier gets Agentbot only. Collective+ includes OpenClaw seats.

Do I need to provide my own AI API key?

Yes — Agentbot is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). You connect your OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or local Ollama keys directly. You pay wholesale rates with zero markup.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, or USDC on Base via x402.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. OpenClaw seats can be added incrementally on Collective+ tiers.

Is 1 vCPU / 2 GB enough for OpenClaw?

It is enough to boot and run light workloads, but we treat it as a trial/light-use floor. For serious production we recommend at least 2 vCPU / 4 GB, and more if you rely on browser automation, multiple channels, or heavier tool use.

How do streaming minutes work?

Streaming is not unlimited. Agentbot treats Mux usage as metered infrastructure. Our recommended policy is 150 included live minutes per month on the streaming add-on, then $0.05/minute overage, with replay archive billed separately.
